The general industry standard is one portable toilet per 50 guests for a 4-hour event with moderate food and drink consumption. Add 25% more for events with heavy alcohol service. Our team will help you calculate the right quantity during quoting.

Service frequency depends on your plan. Day rentals include a single clean on delivery. Weekly rentals include one mid-week service visit. Monthly rentals include two visits per week. Emergency service is always available 24/7.

Yes. Simply notify us before your scheduled pickup date and we will extend your rental at the standard daily or weekly rate. We can also convert a short rental into a monthly plan for savings.

Absolutely. Every unit returned from a rental goes through a full pump-out, pressure wash with disinfectant, odour treatment, and inspection before going to the next customer. We document each service with a timestamped service record.

All plans include delivery, setup, scheduled service visits (frequency depends on plan), supplies (hand sanitizer, toilet paper, deodoriser) at each service visit, and final pickup. There are no hidden fuel surcharges.

Yes. We stock ADA-compliant portable restrooms that meet accessibility requirements. These are available for both short- and long-term rental, and for purchase. We recommend at least one accessible unit per event.

Yes. We accept payments via Xaman Wallet on the XRP Ledger. This option is available for all rental and purchase orders. Settlements are instant and fully transparent.

Normal wear and tear is covered. Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or unauthorised movement is charged at cost of repair. We inspect every unit on pickup and provide a damage report if applicable. We recommend placing units in secure, supervised areas.

Yes. We maintain a stock of fully refurbished portable toilets and restroom trailers. All refurbished units are inspected, repaired to full functionality, deep-cleaned, and come with a 12-month structural warranty.

We deliver to a wide range of locations including remote construction camps, agricultural fields, national park boundaries, and disaster zones. Additional mileage charges may apply outside standard service areas. Request a quote for exact costs.
